This Galup Panettone is a Gourmet Treat
Storage instructions: store in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 18-20°C. Keep away from sunlight and heat sources.
Ingredients: wheat flour - white caramel chocolate 20% (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, milk sugar, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar 2%, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavouring, natural vanilla flavouring, salt) - Butter (milk) - Sugar - Fresh category A egg yolk from free-range hens 8% - Water - Natural yeast (wheat flour - Water ) - Emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - whole milk powder 3% - invert sugar syrup - salt - honey - glucose-fructose syrup - malt extract - natural flavourings - natural flavouring - natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring.
Ingredients of the icing 12%: Sugar - Fresh category A egg whites from free-range hens - Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Ipulpable sugar (sugar - wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - natural flavourings. Topped with 5% caster sugar and 3% whole almonds.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
