A Robust Manual Grinder Designed By Flair Espresso
Because grind quality is crucial to the taste and extraction of your coffee, Flair Espresso created The Royal Grinder—a precise, high-performing and comfortable manual coffee grinder.
The Royal Grinder features reinforced stainless steel conical burrs, Swiss-made, with a 47 mm diameter.
The body of this grinder is made from reinforced aluminium with a silicone sleeve for a comfortable grip. The Royal Grinder’s central shaft has been engineered for perfect alignment during grinding: the burrs remain stable throughout, guaranteeing a more consistent grind.
To adjust your grind setting, simply lift the wheel located at the top of the grinder, turn it and lock it by releasing the wheel again. A simple, effective system!
The adjustment is stepped, with 72 different settings over 3 full rotations.
Each rotation corresponds to 24 clicks (with a 0.02 mm difference). This level of precision will delight all coffee lovers!
With its 17 cm handle and a knob shaped like a car gear stick, grinding becomes child’s play, with minimal effort.
For even better performance, upgrade your manual coffee grinder with a stainless steel burr carrier. This upgrade provides improved grinding performance and extends the product’s lifespan. Pair it with your upgraded burr set for faster grinding.

The bean hopper is filled from the top of the grinder, with a 40g capacity for coffee.
The ground coffee catch cup at the bottom of the grinder is stainless steel on the inside. It has also been specially designed for Flair Espresso manual espresso machines.

Flair Espresso
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
