The Flair High Uniformity filter basket is wider than any other of the brand's filters, with 25% more holes than the high flow filter basket in the Flair 58.

This design ensures uniform extraction right to the edges of the filter basket, limiting channeling by spreading the flow over a larger area of the grounds.

The perforations in this High Uniformity filter basket are smaller (0.22 mm), for a cleaner cup result, with more lively notes and lighter roasting aromas.

The High Uniformity filter basket is made from stainless steel.

Dosage: 15 to 20g of ground coffee (12 to 22 g depending on the roast and grind size).

Only for bottomless portafilter in Flair 58 manual espresso machines.
