Using the Flair Espresso Brew Scale

This compact scale has three operating modes:

- Pre-infusion mode, which starts the timer as soon as the first drops of coffee fall into the cup and stops when you remove the cup.

- Automatic mode, which starts the timer as soon as the first drops of coffee appear and stops it as soon as no flow has been detected for 2 seconds. Perfect for extractions without pre-infusion stages.

- Manual mode, which lets you start and pause the timer manually throughout your brewing process. You can also tare and re-tare as required. Perfect for Pour Over coffee.
