Milk Caramel: An irresistibly gourmet blend of the rich and sweet combination of milk chocolate and butterscotch.
Dark (88% Cacao): The authenticity of a dark chocolate with character, where all the intensity of a cocoa with round and fruity notes is found.
Dark, lemon & ginger: The lively and aromatic flavour of ginger is combined with lemon to melt in the heart of a chocolate that refreshes the palate.
Milk (38% Cacao): A smooth chocolate full of finesse; biting into it is a pleasure in itself, a source of energy, happiness and comfort.
Milk, hazelnuts: Often linked to magical practices, fresh and crunchy hazelnuts are revealed at the heart of a quality milk chocolate.
Dark, fleur de sel: The finesse of fleur de sel reveals the intensity of dark chocolate and gives it a perfect balance.
Dark, orange: The tangy notes of orange peel in the melting chocolate invite warmth in winter and cheerfulness in summer.
Dark, almonds: Sweet and deliciously crunchy, almonds mingle with dark chocolate in a waltz of delicate flavours.
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, low-fat cocoa, hazelnuts 4%, almonds 4%, caramel 4% (sugar, glucose syrup, whole milk powder, cream (milk), salted butter (milk), Guérande salt, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin), orange 3%, lemon 2.5%, coffee 2%, ginger 1%, Guérande salt 0.2%, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavourings. Cocoa solids: 37%, 60%, 70% or 88% minimum. May contain traces of other nuts, gluten, eggs and sesame.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
Traditional Coffees (classic and superior) are the most common in the various distribution channels.
Specialty Coffees (rated 80-100) are among the best coffees in the world and represent less than 10% of world production. These are flawless coffees that offer unique tasting notes from one terroir (or even plot) to another.
Attributed by “Q Graders”, a coffee's /100 score is determined by the quality of the beans and the result in the cup. It is advisable to progressively move towards coffees with higher scores.
