Here is the assortment of chocolates you will find: dark chocolate with 88% cocoa, dark chocolate with 70% cocoa & Guérande salt, dark 70% cocoa, dark with salted almonds, dark with red berries & linseed, dark nougatine, dark orange, dark ginger, dark lavender and dark Earl Grey tea / milk 37% cocoa, caramel milk, coffee milk, milk with cocoa nibs & Guérande salt, nougatine milk, dulce de leche milk & puffed rice.

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa, nougatine 4% (sugar, hazelnuts), cocoa bean pieces 4%, salted almonds 4% (almonds, soya, wheat, salt), caramel 4% (sugar, glucose syrup, whole milk powder, crème fraîche (milk), salted butter (milk), Guérande salt, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin), 3% red berries (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant), 2% Earl Grey tea, 2% dulce de leche (whey (milk), butter (milk), maltodextrin, sugar, skimmed milk, natural flavouring), 2% crispy cereals (rice flour, sugar, wheat gluten, palm oil, malted wheat flour (gluten), salt), linseed 2%, coffee 1.8%, orange powder 1%, lavender 1%, ginger 1%, Guérande salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavourings, bergamot essential oil. Cocoa solids: 37%, 60%, 70% or 88% minimum. May contain traces of other nuts, eggs and sesame.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
