Dolce Vita's vanilla flavoured coffee has something for everyone. The result is a cappuccino similar to that of a coffee shop, but with the added bonus of being quick to prepare.
Dare to try it out, its 380g size is ideal for an introduction without having to build up too much stock.

Add 4 to 5 coffee spoons (20 g) to 150 ml of hot, non-boiling water, or 6 to 7 coffee spoons (27 g) to 200 ml of hot, non-boiling water. Stir and enjoy!

Instant coffee is incredibly practical, but did you know that it can also be used to concoct gourmet recipes at home when you have more time?

Ingredients:

    2 tablespoons Dolce Vita Cappuccino Vanilla
    2 tablespoons Dolce Vita Cappuccino Classique (or hot chocolate powder)
    350 g Philadelphia® type fromage frais
    1 egg yolk + 3 eggs
    100 g sugar
    100 g dark chocolate
    175 g butter
    150 g flour

Steps:

1 - Take two bowls and pour the instant coffee Dolce Vita Cappuccino Vanille into one and the Dolce Vita Cappuccino Classique (or hot chocolate powder if you have chosen this option) into the other. Add water, the equivalent of two tablespoons of hot water, until the mixture is smooth.

2 - Mix the fromage frais, egg yolk, 40g sugar and Dolce Vita Vanilla Cappuccino mix to make a cream.

3 - Coarsely chop the chocolate, melt it with the butter in a bain-marie and leave to cool slightly. Mix the eggs, the remaining sugar and the Dolce Vita Chocolate Cappuccino. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture, then the flour, and mix until smooth.

3 - Place the pastry in a square springform tin (25 x 25 cm) lined with baking paper. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the top, lightly marble with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan oven) for around 35 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin on a wire rack, unmould the cake and cut into 20 cappuccino brownies.
