A gourmet speciality coffee
Ditta Artigianale : the speciality coffee brand that is forging its own path
Ditta Artigianale was established in 2013 on the initiative of Francesco Sanapo, an award-winning barista and taster with an exceptional track record, crowned Italian coffee champion three times and ranked 6th in the World Coffee Championship.
Francesco's objective was clear: to create a company dedicated to Italy, offering speciality coffees, transparent at every stage of production, while respecting a sustainable approach. This is how Ditta Artigianale was born, a roastery located in Florence, a veritable playground for a team of passionate experts.
The quality of the work carried out in Florence has been recognised by the award of Q-grader certification. This title is awarded by the Coffee Quality Institute and the Speciality Coffee Association, and attests to the expertise of the team in evaluating speciality coffees.
As a result of this commitment to quality, Ditta Artigianale won the title of best Italian coffee roaster and best Italian coffee taster in 2019. The brand's coffees have also excelled in various Lithuanian and world championships. This success is undoubtedly a reflection of its work with coffees that stand out for their exceptional flavours, but also for their impeccable ethics.
