Jump n°12 - Ditta Artigianale Coffee Beans - 250 g

Jump coffee is a blend from three small speciality coffee farms. These are in Ethiopia, Colombia and Brazil. Ditta Artigianale, an Italian roaster, then expressed its full potential during the roasting process.

When you taste it, you'll find fruity, gourmet notes, with a very slight acidity due to the hints of lime. A subtle chocolate note lingers on the palate. This combination of aromas will take you on a journey to its countries of origin.

This blend is the perfect result of combining Italian roasting know-how with the expertise of international producers.

This blend contains 3 speciality coffees with the following scores: Brazil: 83pts, Colombia 85pts and Ethiopia 86pts

Ditta Artigianale

Ditta Artigianale began life as a roastery in 2013, the brainchild of award-winning barista and taster Francesco Sanapo. He is a three-time Italian coffee champion and came 6th in the World Coffee Championship.

So he set up Ditta Artigianale to offer speciality coffees in Italy that are transparent at every stage of production and sustainable.

The company's roasting facility in Florence is the ideal playground for the entire team of experts on site. Proof that it's working with the best, Ditta Artigianale and its roasting team have been awarded Q-grader certification. This means that it has been accredited by the Coffee Quality Institute and the Specialty Association to grade speciality coffees.

As a logical next step, Ditta Artigianale won the title of Best Italian Coffee Roaster 2019 and Best Italian Coffee Taster. To date, the brand's coffee has shone in numerous Lithuanian and world championships. This is all down to the fact that it works with good coffees: good in both taste and ethics.
