A Spicy Black Tea Perfect For Christmas

Flocons d'épices is brewed in 90° water, as it contains black tea, which reveals its aromas at this temperature. The herbal tea can be infused for between 4 and 5 minutes, depending on your tastes. The longer the tea bag remains in your cup, the more bitter it will be.  You can accompany it with a shortbread biscuit or orange cake.
