The coffee beans roasted in Italy by Cosmai Caffè, Bogota, come from Colombia, precisely from the Santander region. The geographical and climatic conditions have contributed to the success of this Arabica coffee bean, grown at altitudes of up to 200 metres, with its rich, red berry profile and notes of cranberries, molasses and cocoa. Speciality coffee packaged in 250g canisters.

Traditional Coffee : These are the most widespread coffees in the various distribution channels in France, both private and professional.
Classic Coffee : There is generally a lack of information about the traceability of these coffees. They are often mass-market products and are easily accessible. The composition of these coffees can vary from 100% Arabica to over 20% Robusta.
The higher the rating, the more surprising your coffee tasting experience will be.

These coffee beans were grown in theSantander region of Colombia, in the heart of the country.
Thanks to a landscape and climate that are ideal for growing coffee, these coffees are Arabica coffees of the purest speciality. Set against a backdrop of valleys, mountains and forests, Bogota coffee is grown at altitudes of between 1600 and 2000 metres, ensuring perfect ripening of the cherries and the development of complex sugars.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
