The El Tambor Italian coffee is part of the “Di Piantagioni” range that are coffees sourced from exceptional plantations and roasted with the utmost care by this Italian roaster. Their mission is to reveal the finest aromatic profile while honouring the dedicated work of the people who cultivate them.

You’ll discover a beautifully balanced espresso, combining the bright acidity of citrus fruits with the gentle sweetness of honey.

This coffee is best enjoyed as an espresso: use 7 to 10g per dose with a medium-fine grind, somewhere between flour and cornmeal. Internal quality score: 86/100.

Bourbon coffee beans, grown at an altitude of 1,860 metres by Victor Calderon, representing the fifth generation of coffee growers. Since taking over in 2001, the farm has often faced leaf rust, a common challenge for coffee plants. Committed to preserving the ecosystem, only environmentally friendly methods are used, including natural clay from this former mining site to care for the trees.
