Traditional Coffee : These are the most widespread coffees in the various distribution channels in France, both private and professional.
Classic Coffee : There is generally a lack of information about the traceability of these coffees. They are often mass-market products and are easily accessible. The composition of these coffees can vary from 100% Arabica to over 20% Robusta.

Caffè Vergnano - A Coffee Story
This Italian company has been making coffees for 4 generations. Its 135-year history makes it a benchmark in the field. Founded as part of a small Italian grocery shop, the brand quickly took over the entire coffee chain, from roasting to selling. It was a great success, but the turning point came when it acquired a plantation in Kenya. That's why it takes such great care in selecting its origins, and continues to establish itself as one of the most fashionable producers. At a time when 'turbo' roasting is favoured, Caffè Vergnano prefers to use slow roasting, which really brings out the best in each origin of bean. Caffè Vergnano's range of coffees, from coffee beans and ground coffee to coffee capsules, carry labels that guarantee quality and safety.
Caffè Vergnano is a company that boasts a long and prestigious history.
The company was founded way back in 1882 by Domenico Vergnano, grandfather of the current owners, who set up business in the small medieval town of Chieri, at the foot of Turin Hill.
The true vocation of the Vergnano family became apparent very quickly: in just a few years they mastered the art of coffee-roasting and selling.
