This exceptional coffee is produced in the heart of the famous Cerrado Mineiro region, where it benefits from a unique natural environment and the expertise of one man: Inácio Carlos Urban. The Mundo Nuovo and Catuaí Jaune varieties are grown at an altitude of 1150m, in a sun-drenched setting surrounded by lush green valleys, where they slowly ripen to perfection. After harvesting, the cherries are processed through a meticulous natural process, guaranteeing premium quality batches.

This ground coffee highlights: a mild attack with sweet cane notes, a rich, comforting body with chocolate accents and a delicate, gourmet finish reminiscent of hazelnut thanks to its medium roast.
