Coffee grown in Huehuetenango, Guatemala

A coffee collectively crafted in Todos Santos

It all began in 1995, when ten producers from Todos Santos decided to join forces by creating ASODIETT. A collective initiative bringing together families committed to growing and preparing their coffee in the heart of the Huehuetenango mountains.

Once the harvest is complete, the work continues directly close to the farms. The producers handle the initial processing stages, then dry the coffee still in its parchment on small patios or on the roofs of houses. A delicate step in this region where rains can last throughout the harvest season.

After drying, the coffee is sent to Antigua for its final preparation, before continuing its journey to roasting.

universal espresso grind

And when it comes to tasting, what does this Guatemala coffee reveal?

The medium+ roast of this ground coffee reveals a rich, rounded and balanced cup, particularly suited to espresso tasting. It allows its aromas to fully develop while preserving its smoothness.

From the first sip, the coffee reveals soft notes of dark chocolate. The tasting then evolves towards a rounded and fruity body, marked by candied orange, before finishing on a delicate and gentle finish evoking hazelnut. A harmonious profile where indulgence and fruity notes meet.
