Description
Stock up on Lugat Guatemala Huehuetenango coffee with this 1 kg format divided into 4 bags of 250 g, designed to preserve the freshness of the coffee with each opening.
Grown between 1,400 and 1,850 m altitude by a collective of producers from Todos Santos, this 100% Arabica combines the Caturra and Bourbon varieties. The small farms are located around Todos Santos and Tuiboch, on the heights of the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes, in the Huehuetenango region.
Its medium-dark roast, carried out in France by Lugat, highlights a sweet and fruity profile: a sweet dark chocolate attack gives way to a rounded body with notes of candied orange, followed by a delicate finish reminiscent of hazelnut.

Enjoy the Unique Flavours of Specialty Coffee Guatemala Huehuetenango
Set off to discover the Guatemala Huehuetenango whole bean coffee by Lugat, a 100% pure origin Arabica carefully roasted in France. The Caturra and Bourbon varieties that make it up are grown between 1,400 and 1,850 m altitude by a collective of producers from Todos Santos, on small farms scattered across the mountains of Huehuetenango.
To the west of Guatemala, the lands stretch to the foothills of the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes. The meeting of warm, dry winds from the Tehuantepec plain in Mexico and the fresh mountain air creates a unique microclimate, favourable to high-altitude coffee cultivation. A mountainous environment that fully contributes to the identity of this terroir.
A 125 Year-Old Know-How
The story of ASODIETT begins in 1995, when ten producers from Todos Santos decided to unite under a common organisation. A collective adventure in which the families remain directly involved in the preparation of their coffee, far beyond the simple harvesting.
After the harvest, the initial processing stages are carried out as close as possible to the farms. The coffee, still wrapped in its parchment, is then laid out in small courtyards or on the roofs of houses for drying. This phase requires particular attention, as rain can continue during the harvesting season.
Once drying is complete, the coffee is transported to Antigua for the final preparation, before continuing on its journey.
In the Cup
You have already savoured Lugat's Guatemala Huehuetenango and appreciate its harmonious profile. The medium+ roast, halfway between medium and dark, is exactly what enhances the natural sweetness of this coffee while maintaining a subtle balance in the cup. Ideal for espresso lovers, this roasting method releases rich and balanced aromas that even the most discerning palates will appreciate.
In every cup, you will find a sweet and indulgent start, gently marked by notes of dark chocolate, a rounded and fruity body with hints of candied orange, and a delicate finish reminiscent of hazelnut. A 1 kg bag of coffee beans that offers you a unique sensory experience with every tasting.
