How the Bodum Pebo Coffee Maker Works
The Bodum Pebo Vacuum Coffee Maker consists of two stacked borosilicate glass carafes, inserted one into the other and connected by a glass rod. The heated water rises through the glass rod until it reaches the container holding the ground coffee. The brewed coffee is then drawn into the lower container by the vacuum created when the coffee maker is removed from the heat source.

Brewing coffee with a vacuum coffee maker is like performing a wellness ritual. Cold water is poured into the lower carafe, and ground coffee is placed in the upper carafe.
