Instructions:

• Put the desired amount of tea in the bottom of the filter,
  Then pour boiling water to within 4 cm of the rim (as an overfilled teapot will not pour properly),
  Place the plunger at the top of the filter in the raised position and let the tea steep for 4-5 minutes (or your usual time),
  Push the plunger firmly downwards when the desired brewing degree is reached, thus blocking the tea at the bottom of the filter,
  The infusion will be effectively stopped and maintained at the desired strength throughout the teapot,
  By moving the plunger up and down two or three times, you can speed up the brewing process. If you use tea bags, please take care that they do not get stuck between the plunger and the filter wall.
