A wholesome, indulgent, organic latte with a naturally bright azure hue – it’s now possible thanks to La Fabrique à Latte. This French brand has crafted a vibrant latte made with blue spirulina, rich in vitamins and minerals. Blended with coconut and sumac – a spice with delicate floral notes – this naturally blue algae brings a true burst of vitality to your cup.
Preparation Tips: Use 1 teaspoon for a 200 ml drink. Mix with hot milk and enjoy. For an iced version, combine with 40 ml of cold water, 150 ml of cold milk, and a few ice cubes.
Ingredients: beet sugar*, coconut*, ginger*, blue spirulina*, wild sumac*. *From organic farming. May contain traces of gluten, nuts, sesame, mustard, celery, and peanuts.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.

If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
