Preparing Your Cold Brew Coffee With the Cold Bruer

- Use 60g of freshly ground coffee (medium fine grind). Prefer light or medium roasts.

- Assemble the filter and make sure that the finest side of the mesh is facing upwards.

- Place the top glass part on the filter and fill with ground coffee.

- Place this part in the carafe and place a paper filter over the coffee.

- Add a little cold water to pre-infuse the coffee and leave to brew for 30 seconds.

- Insert the valve (which looks like part of a French Press).

- Fill with 350 g of ice cubes and 350 g of water.

- When the laser-engraved line on the stainless steel plunger tube aligns with the slot in the silicone base, the valve is fully open.

- Turn the knob clockwise to slow the drip rate.

- Bruer recommends setting the valve to "Target Range" for a flow rate of one drop per second.

- Place the coffee maker in your fridge and enjoy your coffee when it's ready!
