This Pour-over kit from Beem contains everything you need to enjoy pour-over filter coffee.

Prepare up to 4 cups of aromatic Pour-over coffee (125 ml each) in the glass carafe.

The elegant mix of different aluminium materials (stainless steel, glass, concrete, aluminium) will make this Beem coffee maker a must-have in your kitchen.

The elegant concrete base ensures stability on your worktop.

The permanent double-wall stainless steel filter on this Pour-over Beem coffee maker will retain a maximum amount of residue, for a great result in a cup.

Brewing Coffee With Your Beem Pour-over

Beem recommends 15g of ground coffee per 250ml of water.

- Use hot water (between 92 and 96°C).

- Place the permanent filter on its stand and pour in your ground coffee.

- Don't forget to put the carafe under the filter.

- Pour just enough water over the ground coffee for a pre-infusion and wait about 30 seconds.

- Add the rest of the water slowly and evenly, using circular movements.

- Once all the water has run out, remove the carafe and put the lid on.

Preparation time is approximately 2 ½ to 4 minutes.

To make a successful filter coffee using the pour-over method, don't forget:

Conical filters for 4 cups (not supplied)

A good freshly ground coffee bean to enjoy all the aromas.

A kettle with a gooseneck spout to distribute the water evenly over the ground coffee.

A coffee scale with a stopwatch to measure the amount of water poured and the brewing time.
