This matcha can be enjoyed in many ways: as a traditional matcha, a matcha latte, an iced latte, or even as the star ingredient in your smoothies, bakes, and desserts.
For a traditional preparation, use 1g of matcha (about one level teaspoon) in a bowl and whisk for a few seconds with a chasen in 70 ml of water ideally at 70°C. For a latte version, simply add the milk of your choice.
