Cocorico is the result of a unique collaboration between the Élysée Palace, the Presidency of the French Republic, and the French brand Canasuc. The box, decorated in the colors of the French flag, contains 32 brown sugar cubes made from Réunion Island cane sugar, each molded into the shape of a rooster, the iconic national symbol of France.

For many years now, the French brand Canasuc has been making a name for itself with sugars that are each more inventive than the last. In 20024, Canasuc honoured France by creating a mould in the shape of a cockerel. The sugar used is brown sugar from Reunion Island, moulded and packaged in France for a 100% made in France result.
These delicious brown sugar cubes go equally well with tea, coffee or other hot or cold drinks. This box contains 32 sugar cubes, so you'll be able to enjoy them at any number of coffee breaks!
A Unique Partnership Between the Élysée Palace and Canasuc for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games
To coincide with the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Canasuc is working with the Élysée Palace and the Presidency of the French Republic to celebrate French know-how. The result of this collaboration is this moulded brown sugar in the shape of a cockerel, the symbol of France.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
Traditional Coffees (classic and superior) are the most common in the various distribution channels.
