Avvolgente by Caffè Mauro is a blend of arabicas and robustas from South America and Central Africa. The result is a full-bodied, strong coffee whose chocolatey notes are enhanced by a light fruity acidity. The medium-plus roast (rated 8/10) adds to the balanced blend.
This coffee is balanced and slightly full-bodied, packaged in a box of 10 Nespresso* Original capsules compatible with Nespresso* Original pod machines. The Caffè Mauro company was founded in 1949, in Southern Italy, by Demetrio Mauro . Caffé Mauro is first and foremost an artisanal roasting plant with an ongoing quest to produce the perfect cup of coffee.
Since its creation, the company has cited customer satisfaction as its main objective. To achieve this objective, Caffè Mauro carries out quality control procedures throughout the production process: from the moment the green coffee beans are selected right through to the end of the roasting process.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
