Ingredients: wheat flour, chocolate (9.5%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier : soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), candied pears (9.5%) (pears, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated pear juice, flavourings), fresh egg, sugar, butter, fresh pasteurised whole milk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (vegetable origin), fructose, salt, natural flavourings. May contain traces of mustard and nuts.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
