The system of water slowly dripping onto the coffee makes it possible to extract the most essential aromas.There is a small lever to release more or less water and adapt the infusion according to your taste and the coffee used.

 

This coffee maker delivers up to 10 cups of cold brew in 3-7 hours.

 

This classic brewing system brings out the flavour and aroma of coffee by reducing bitter and acid oils that would be extracted at high temperatures.

 

It is equipped with a precision metal valve that ensures a perfect drip percolation.

 

The coffee flows through a stainless steel filter in the glass carafe, giving a pure coffee, rich in taste.

 

For best results, we recommend using a coffee ratio of 60g per liter of water.
