This coffee is a blend of Arabicas from Guatemala and Ethiopia.

Rich in aroma , this blend , ideal for espresso , reveals floral and fruity notes in the cup thanks to the Ethiopian Arabica. The percentage of Guatemalan Arabica brings a full body.

There is a fair amount of acidity, which adds liveliness in the cup.

This blend is certified organic and comes from Fairtrade ( Max Havelaar label).

The Guatemalan coffee used for this blend comes from the Apodip cooperative located on the edge of the Sierra de Las Minas Biosphere Reserve, one of the richest ecological reserves in Central America.

500 coffee growers work on site and cultivate coffee.

The Arabica grown here benefits from excellent climatic conditions.
