For professional hot chocolate machines, use 200g of powder for 1L of milk.

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa 33% minimum, wheat starch, thickener (xanthan gum, vanilla flavouring). May contain traces of milk, eggs, nuts, cereals, wheat, gluten, soya, celery and sulphites.
