In a milk jug (or a professional hot chocolate machine), pour 200 g of powder for 1 litre of milk

Ingredients:

25g Monbana Trésor hot chocolate powder (approx. 1 heaped tablespoon)
150ml whole milk
4g mild chilli
a pinch of Espelette chilli

Preparation:

Pour 150ml of milk into a jug.
Heat for 5 seconds
Pour in 1 level spoonful of Trésor
Gently heat to 65°C
Pour the chocolate into a cup and add a pinch of espelette chilli pepper
Garnish with mini marshmallows
