This coffee grows in the mountains of Guatemala up to a height of 2000 meters. At this altitude, the cooler temperatures are mitigated by warm winds from Mexico. The soil is very rich and the environment is characterized by great biodiversity .

This balanced coffee with its medium roast has a distinct bitterness and intense aromas. Illy offers a special coffee with a mild, delicate aroma and a unique perfume with bold chocolate notes .
