Another way to enjoy flowers is to treat yourself to a flowering tea tea. Horae has created a recipe for a unique blooming tea with the flavours of the countryside and delicate, fragrant notes.

This herbal tea is very different from anything you've enjoyed before. It's a feast for the eyes before it's a feast for the taste buds. Plunge your flowering tea bulb into simmering hot water (you can make between 50cl and 1L of herbal tea at a time with one bulb). Watch the flowers bloom for 10 to 15 minutes, then enjoy your herbal tea.

This blooming tea is made up of the following ingredients: mallow flower (Malva silvestris), marigold flower (Calendula officinalis), cornflower flower (Centaurea cyanus), lavender flower (Lavandula officinalis), yarrow flower (Achillea millefolium), sand immortelle flower (Helichrysum arenarium), monarda flower (Monarda didyma).

Horae is a French brand of organic teas and herbal teas. Each flower is grown on a family farm, using certified organic methods. The flowers are delicately picked by hand according to a biodynamic calendar. They are dried naturally before being assembled into a little bulbs ready to be brewed by passionate botanists.
