Mi Pilar ground coffee for filter coffee machines is grown in a micro-lot on one of Costa Rica's oldest plantations, Rio Jorco, which is located in the heart of the Tarrazu region in the west of the country. Mi Pilar (meaning "My Pilar") is the name of the coffee plot where this coffee is produced. It was affectionately named by Don Jimmy (one of the owners of this family farm) as a tribute to his wife. The resulting cup is a largely sweet coffee with caramel, brown sugar and grapefruit notes. Packaging: 250g.
