Salvador Coffee Beans Grown Near The Apaneca Volcano
Give in to the allure of this exceptional coffee from the highlands of El Salvador, grown at an altitude of 1,450 metres, in the fertile lands of Finca Noruega, nestled at the foot of the majestic Apaneca-Ilamatepec volcano.
This single-origin Bourbon coffee has been grown and processed using the Honey method. This technique begins with meticulous sorting of the cherries to ensure the most homogeneous lot possible, followed by pulping and drying. This process reveals the coffee’s natural sweetness and aromatic clarity, beautifully expressed in this El Salvador origin.
The medium+ roast of this specialty coffee unveils a subtle and well-balanced aromatic profile, where indulgence meets the finesse of red fruits.
In The Cup, this 100% Arabica grand cru reveals intense notes of cranberries, blackberries and nuts, offering remarkable depth and complexity. Whether enjoyed as an espresso, slow coffee or brewed with a gentle method, the extraction highlights its richness and perfect balance.
Treat yourself to the freshness of exceptional coffee beans and take the opportunity to explore our world of Coffee Beans.
