Description
Ethiopia, and in particular the Yrgacheffe region in the Gedeo area in the south of the country, is renowned for producing the best coffee beans. It was between 1950 and 2200 m altitude, in semi-forest, under cover and enriched by the cultivation of food crops on the ground, that Addis Abeba Arabica coffee was born. Cosmai Caffè roasts it in Italy and offers us a specialty coffee with rich, yellow fruit notes. Packaged in 250g canisters.

The coffee cherries for these coffee beans have been carefully selected for perfect ripening. Grown in semi-forest conditions and alongside other crops such as bananas, these coffees, called Addis Abeba, are sumptuous.
