To achieve such a high-quality coffee bean, Tanat Coffee has selected beans from the Tododsantarita cooperative, ideally located in the Huehuetenango region in western Guatemala. The farm enjoys favourable climatic conditions: a temperate climate, a privileged location in the middle of the Sierra de los Cucuchmatanes mountains, and an altitude of over 1,600 metres above sea level. The varieties that make up this coffee are Pâche, Caturra and Typica. They have all been processed using the washed method.
Tasting notes:
This specialty coffee with a full body reveals rich notes of dark chocolate and fruity notes of apple, developing a slight acidity. You can brew this coffee with a filter or as an espresso!
