Discover Antica Bottega Whole Bean Coffee - CAFFÈ VERGNANO

Italian Whole Bean Coffee

CAFFÈ VERGNANO Antica Bottega Whole Bean Coffee

CAFFÈ VERGNANO introduces Antica Bottega, an essential whole bean coffee from the Italian brand, available in a 500g package.

It includes what has led to its success:

- a coffee crafted from the finest origins: enjoy a blend of Arabica beans from Central and South America as well as the Dominican Republic.

- a medium roast: a grain preparation suitable for both espresso and milk-based drinks.

- roasted in Italy: Caffè Vergnano roasts its own coffee beans in Turin, using a meticulous method for each origin. In this case, it involves slow roasting, a process lasting 18 to 22 minutes.

- an incomparable tasting experience: before being a delight for the palate, it's a feast for the eyes. A beautiful crema forms a few minutes after extraction. Antica Bottega is an Arabica coffee, evident in its tasting experience: a mild and gently acidic start, followed by the discovery of a coffee with a pronounced body and smoothness. The intensity is well-balanced, and the flavors are prevalent, with a chocolatey finish.

Caffè Vergnano

CAFFÈ VERGNANO, a Coffee Story

The Italian brand has been creating coffee for 4 generations. Its presence over the past 135 years has made it a reference in the field. Founded within a small Italian grocery store, the brand quickly gained expertise across the entire coffee process, from roasting to coffee sales.

Its success was significant, but it took a turn when it acquired a plantation in Kenya. This is why it pays close attention to the selection of its origins and continues to establish itself as one of the most prominent producers.

At a time when "turbo" roasting is favored, Caffè Vergnano prefers the slow roasting method, truly highlighting the unique qualities of each bean origin. Across the brand's coffee range, from whole bean coffee to ground coffee and coffee capsules, you'll find labels that guarantee quality and safety for your consumption.

Caffè Vergnano

Caffè Vergnano

Caffè Vergnano is a company that boasts a long and prestigious history.

The company was founded way back in 1882 by Domenico Vergnano, grandfather of the current owners, who set up business in the small medieval town of Chieri, at the foot of Turin Hill.

The true vocation of the Vergnano family became apparent very quickly: in just a few years they mastered the art of coffee-roasting and selling.
