All You Need To Know About the Espro P7

The P7 thermal cafetiere from Espro is a unique model. It belongs to the small world of thermal coffee makers and keeps your coffee hot for up to two hours. Its dual micro-mesh filtration system, combined with the option of adding a paper filter, ensures maximum retention of coffee residues that would otherwise settle to the bottom of your cup.

Why Use Espro's Paper Filters?

The Espro cafetiere has a double micro-mesh filtration system. The aim of this system is to retain as much as possible of the bitter foam that forms on top of your drink. To further reduce this risk, which is inherent in all French presses, Espro has designed a system that allows a paper filter to be added between the two filters. Thanks to this ingenious system, you'll be able to obtain a perfect coffee, without any bitterness.

Brewing Your Coffee With the Espro P7

To make coffee with an Espro cafetiere, you only need two things: hot water and coffee. You'll need 1 teaspoon of coffee and 90 ml of hot, not boiling, water per cup. The herbal tea takes 4 minutes to brew, after which you can slowly and evenly press the plunger all the way down before serving. Or not. After all, your coffee maker is thermo-insulated.
