The Tolima region, more specifically the Cauca Valley in the South West of Colombia, is a high altitude area (between 1600 and 200m). It is in these mountains that a small group of coffee growers produce Arabica coffee on plots of around 3 hectares.

From this limited crop of Caturra, Bourbon and Typica varieties, French roasters from Cafés Tchanqué produce "Yulima" so you can discover the best of Colombia. Generous, subtle, floral and slightly woody, to be enjoyed without moderation from morning to evening.
