A Decaf Coffee Anytime of Day

The Lugat roasters have created this coffee to bring out the notes of tonka beans, sugar cane, orange and pineapple. When tasted, the roasting develops a marked acidity and a complex range of aromas.

This coffee is decaffeinated with ethyl acetate extracted from sugar cane. This natural process is unique in the world, removing the caffeine while preserving the coffee notes.

The coffee is harvested in South America by the ASCAFE association, which groups together more than 3,700 producing families in various regions: Cauca, Valle del Cauca, Nariño, Cesar, Cundinamarca, Tolima and Huila.
