Cafés Gonéo Organic Coffee Beans Roasted in France

Take a trip to Italy with just one sip of these organic coffee beans from Cafés Gonéo, Drop Shot®.

Designed to be enjoyed as a ristretto, these coffee beans are reminiscent of the Italian-style ristretti we enjoyed on our trips to Italy's Botte region.

Drop Shot® combines the 'drop' of roasting (taking the coffee out of the roaster) with the 'shot' of espresso that the professional pulls from his machine.

Once extracted at home, this coffee reveals all its assets:

- To the nose: cocoa and woody aromas.

- To the eye: a zesty, persistent crema in ristretto.

- On the palate: a distinguished cup with a long finish and a chewy texture. Aromas of caramel and malt.
