The Inti 1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza whole bean coffee is a limited edition from Colombia, at the heart of the Huila region, one of the country’s most renowned coffee-growing areas.
This specialty coffee is cultivated between 1600 and 1800 metres altitude by small producers supported by the local Qima teams. The rich volcanic soils, high altitudes, and sunshine of the region promote a slow ripening of the cherries and a beautiful aromatic complexity, characteristics found in the best Colombian whole bean coffees.
Inti showcases the Geisha variety, a rare and sought-after Arabica known for its elegance, floral finesse, and aromatic depth. Its name refers to the sun god in pre-Columbian cultures, a symbol of energy, light, and renewal. Its washed fermented process refines its profile and gives rise to a fresh, precise, and bright cup.

The citrus and floral notes of Inti coffee are perfectly suited for making a refreshing mocktail. This recipe highlights its natural freshness while emphasising its lemongrass and orange peel nuances.
- Coffee: 65 ml of Inti cold brew concentrate, ratio 1:5
- Tonic water: 65 ml of Match Tonic Indian
- Syrup: 6.5 ml of liquid sugar
- Garnish: 1 shot of Santabianca lemon essence

Our recommended filter recipe:
- Coffee: 30 g
- Water: 500 ml at 93°C
- Extraction time: about 3 minutes 30 seconds
- Grind: medium to slightly coarse

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
