Why choose Special Espresso 1kg fair trade and organic coffee?

The Gironde brand offers this organic coffee bean composed of two coffee beans, both pure origin. They have been chosen for the terroirs to which they belong and the character they will give to the tasting of this coffee.

In the cup, this translates into an espresso with body, thanks to the presence of Robusta, and powerful aroma due to the presence of Arabica. Cocoa notes are also revealed thanks to the persistent length of this coffee.

Café Michel

Café Michel was founded in Southwest France (Pessac). It was the first French coffee-roaster to develop organic fair trade coffees in specialist stores. Café Michel is also active in the chocolate, tea and organic fair trade sugar sectors. In 2016, Café Michel's café Congo-Colombie was awarded 1st prize for the Best Espresso Mix in France by the Comité Français du Café (French Coffee Committee).
