This new version of the ACAIA Pearl scale stabilises faster and more accurately during coffee extraction, making it ideal for gentle methods.

The flow indicator shows your pouring speed in real time and suggests thresholds for ideal flow rates.

With its different modes, it will adapt to your use:

- Weight mode: the scale displays only the weight in grams or ounces.

- Dual display mode, the scale displays the timer and the weight.

- Auto start timer mode, designed for slow coffee.

- Filter holder mode to simplify the weighing of ground coffee in a filter holder.

- Beverage mode, which displays the elapsed time, the amount of water added, the weight of the liquid in the container and the coffee/beverage ratio at the end of the extraction.

A robust and well thought-out scale

Each ACAIA scale is handcrafted, checked and calibrated before being shipped.

With adjustable brightness, the digital display is easy to read in all indoor lighting conditions. The improved brightness also allows for better visibility outdoors.

Rechargeable via USB-C (cable included), the Acaia Pearl's lithium battery lasts 30-40 hours, providing a greener alternative power source. The Bluetooth connection will allow you to connect to Acaia's apps for Android or iPhone).
