Golden Latte: an Ayurvedic Drink with Many Virtues
Try this original hot drink with spices. The Golden Latte with ginger is an instant tea blend of spices with infinite benefits. In addition to the delicious and unusual taste, you can enjoy the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Your liver and stomach will be better off! All ingredients are organically grown.
The dominant ginger flavour of this drink will appeal to lovers of spicy and slightly pungent notes. Combine the powder with animal or vegetable milk for a touch of deliciousness. It is also available with a vanilla flavour.
Preparation advice: mix one teaspoon (i.e. 2 grams of powder) with 20ml of the milk of your choice and mix well.
Ingredients: turmeric* 53%, Ceylon cinnamon*, ginger* 15%, nutmeg*, cardamom*, black pepper*, saffron*. *Certified organic.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
