Your Chemex product is:

In order to facilitate the handling of your device, we invite you, first of all, to carry out an operating test of the motor, by spreading the grinding wheels as far as possible in order to check that the rotation is carried out smoothly.


If the motor runs, test the grinder to determine the fault. For example, if you find that the grind is too coarse, tighten your grinder's burrs. If this has no effect on the grind, you need to change the burrs of the grinder. Discover our selection of grinding wheels in spare parts.


Maintain your grinder by cleaning the burrs and the dispensing spout. Do not forget to suck up the grains present in the hopper using a vacuum cleaner.


To dissolve the coffee fats as well as the grind residues, we advise you to use a complete product for mill like the Pully Grind Crystal, which allows you to clean your mill and the grinding wheels, these will be more easily removable in order to carry out a deeper cleaning.


In order to facilitate the handling of your device, we invite you, first of all, to test the device and try to diagnose the fault by referring to the instructions in order to provide as much information as possible to the After-sales service. .


Then proceed with the complete cleaning of the device.

If your product still does not give you satisfaction, you can contact the After-sales service. List the following items first:
  • Machine model and serial number
  • Date of purchase
  • MaxiCoffee invoice (you have a copy of your invoice in the My Account section)
  • Description of the problem encountered.

Then contact the Maxicoffee After-sales service which manages the After-sales service of the Chemex brand by clicking on this link or easily request a return to After-sales service from your customer area under "repairs and diagnostics".

If you have to return your product, it will be repaired and returned within 10 to 30 working days after the date of receipt (+ return transport)

Applicable fees during the warranty period :

    • Outside mainland France: Shipping & return at your expense

The 2-year warranty, parts and labor, does not cover :

  • The Expendables,
  • The fall of the device,
  • Breakdowns occurring following any transformations or modifications, even minimal, of the equipment,
  • Use that does not comply with the brand charter for household products used in a professional environment,
  • Any technical intervention by a person not recognized by the brand,
  • Misuse,
  • Handling errors,
  • Lack of maintenance and their consequences (effects due to limestone in particular).
