Ingredients: chocolate powder 92.8% (sugar, cocoa 32% minimum), modified corn starch (E1442), thickener: carob seed flour, flavouring.

At home (the simplest recipe):

In warm milk, gradually add the Monbana Supreme chocolate powder (for 1 volume of milk, add 1/4 of a dose of chocolate powder) to obtain a velvety and gourmet mixture.

In a professional environment (tea room):

Heat the milk for at least 15 minutes.

Gradually add 250g of powder to 1L of milk.
