We find all the know-how of Terres de café in Full Monkey. Roasted with passion by the brand's founder, Christophe Servell, but above all by a talented roaster, this 100% Arabica coffee is striking in its balance. Sourced from countries with a certain heritage and know-how in coffee, rich flavours are developed in espresso or filter. The wide variety of Arabica coffees brings a real plus to each level: the Brazilian bean brings body and sweetness to the cup, the Ethiopian Moka a slight touch of acidity and the Guatemalan coffee a real treat!

Recommended methods: Italian coffee maker, espresso machine and refillable capsules.

What is Specialty Coffee at Terres de café?

Terres de café has classified its coffees into three scores: 80+, 85+ and 88+. These scores were not chosen at random, they are representative of the quality of the coffees and are attributed by the Specilaty Coffee Association of America. A strict rating system, which allows the adoption of a common language for the industry and coffee lovers. It is based on several tastings, which take into account the characteristics of the coffee (smell, aroma, aftertaste, acidity, body, harmony, purity, etc.).

At the end of the process, a final score of at least 80/100 allows it to be designated as a "speciality coffee".
