Recipe idea

Mocha Chill Frappé

You will need:

• 4 cl 1883 Chocolate Sauce
• 4 cl 1883 Frappe Mix
• 6 cl chilled espresso
• 9 cl cold milk
• 47 cl of ice cream
• Optional: whipped cream

Preparation:

1. Pour all of the ingredients except the ice cream into a blender.
2. Fill the cup with ice cream and mix in the blender.
3. Mix for 22 seconds or until you obtain a smooth, even consistency.
4. Pour into a cup, garnish and serve. 

Ingredients: 

 Canesugar, water, acidifying agent: citric acid, salt, thickener: xanthan gum.
