The OutIn Nano: Espresso Wherever You Go

To deliver an extraction worthy of a home espresso machine, the OutIn Nano relies on several key elements: an implicit pre-infusion system thanks to its rapid heat-up and stable temperature (~92 °C).

Temperature control is ensured by its self-heating system. It is also possible to use hot water directly (≈90 °C), allowing you to save battery power while still enjoying excellent results in the cup. This flexibility is perfect for nomadic coffee lovers who travel with a hot-water thermos or a portable kettle.

The “2-in-1” extraction technology supports both capsules and ground coffee, enhancing the aromatic profile. It is equipped with a 7500 mAh rechargeable battery — up to 5 extractions with cold water or over 200 with hot water.

You can personalise your drink (short espresso or lungo) by adjusting the water volume (50–80 ml). The interface is minimalist, with battery indicators, a USB-C port, and compatibility with 12V/24V car charging.

How to Use the OutIn Nano Portable Coffee Maker

The OutIn Nano Portable coffee maker is wonderfully easy to use!

1. Make sure the battery is fully charged. If the LEDs blink, the battery level is low.
2. For capsules: insert the supplied capsule adaptor and place the capsule inside without piercing it yourself. For ground coffee: use the supplied filter, dose (~5–8 g) as recommended, and tamp lightly. For freshly ground coffee, you can pair this portable coffee maker with the Fino OutIn coffee grinder.
3. Open the water reservoir and fill it to the recommended level. Close the lid securely.
4. Screw the portafilter (with capsule or ground coffee basket) firmly onto the machine. If not tight enough, the extraction may be affected.
5. Extraction with cold water: Press for 2 seconds — the machine heats up and automatically begins extraction once the target temperature is reached (~92 °C).
6. Extraction with hot water: Press for 5 seconds or twice quickly. If the water is already hot (pre-heated), extraction will be much faster.
7. When extraction is finished, the machine stops automatically. If not, press the button once to stop manually.

The machine comes with: a capsule adaptor, a ground coffee basket, a dosing spoon, a USB Type-C cable, a coffee cup and a protective case.

If you would like a double espresso, you can equip the machine with a two-cup filter (16–18 g). Should you lose any accessories, a replacement adaptor kit is available.
