With its innovative cooling technology, it captures and preserves more volatile compounds, hence maximasing retention rate which is essential to the coffee's most subtle aromas. Featuring an adjustable arm, it adapts to your preferred extraction methods and includes specially designed ice rocks to optimise the process.

Paragon Coffee Brewing Device

The Paragon Brewer is one of the latest innovations from Nucleus Coffee Tools, developed in collaboration with Professor Chahan from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.

The key element of the Paragon system is its chilling rock, crafted from food-grade stainless steel with a durable titanium coating. Its spherical shape and large surface area allow for rapid and even cooling. By cooling the very first moments of the filter extraction, it helps preserve more of the coffee’s delicate aromas.

In 2024, the Paragon was upgraded with a new adjustable upper arm, making the accessory compatible with a wider range of brewing methods. All materials are food-safe and certified for safe use.

Included in the box: one Paragon frame, two chilling rocks and an instruction manual.
