Traditional Coffee : These are the most widespread coffees in the various distribution channels in France, both private and professional.

Classic Coffee :  There is generally a lack of information about the traceability of these coffees. They are often mass-market products and are easily accessible. The composition of these coffees can vary from 100% Arabica to over 20% Robusta.

Illy Decaffeinated Coffee: 

Illy uses a solvent (dichlorometane) to decaffeinate its products before roasting. This highly volatile product is quickly eliminated and the fact that it is used before roasting means that there is no trace of this solvent in Illy decaffeinated coffees.
 
Naturally with a very low caffeine content (1.5%), Illy decaffeinated coffees contain the lowest caffeine content on the market (0.05%). For your information, the legal standard for decaffeinated coffee is 0.1%.
